	Create a beautiful still life, learning the layering techniques of oil painting You will learn to create depth, capture light and shadow, and color harmony in your piece. Award winning artist Pat Tribastone, featured in the Democrat & Chronicle “Our Towns” (Aug. 2004) and Galleries around the Rochester area, will entice you with this intriguing subject matter. 	Join instructor and owner of The Art Stop, Cindy Corrigan for Acrylic Painting. Learn to use different mediums and techniques for a variety of painting effects. Beginner to intermediate. Must be able to sketch out your canvas. Subject matter will be appropriate for students' skill level.

	Pre-requisite Drawing I or one year of formal drawing or instructors permission
	Join accomplished artist Jorge Silva for this beginner to intermediate level class. Explore composition, color theory and basic painting technique. You should complete one painting at the end of each course. Subject matter and technique will increase in difficulty based on students ability. Class limit 8.

	The Art Stop is very happy to welcome accomplished artist and instructor G.A. Sheller. For over 30 years, G.A. has conducted painting workshops in the U.S., Ireland, Scotland, France, and Greece. For those who want a daytime class this is a great opportunity to work with such a fantastic instructor who has invaluable experience. Beginners will learn fundamentals, yet those at an intermediate to advanced level will receive special attention with more advanced techniques. Materials List
Private lessons available starting at $30 an hour mimimum 2hrs. Home school classes available, talk to Cindy to set up the class.
Start Planning for the Student Show! This year the student show will be held on Saturday June 9th. It must be framed if it is a drawing or painting. You will receive 30% off in our frame shop, if it is going in the show! Plan on putting at least one piece in the show. This is the “recital” for our students. Lets show off all of our hard work!
REGISTRATION FORM CLASS MATERIALS LIST
Tuition must be paid in full at time of registration. Mid-class registration will be pro-rated. A materials list will be provided at time of registration. No refunds after first class. We reserve the right to cancel any class time that does not meet minimum registration requirements. Withdrawal policies: withdrawal must be 2 business days before first lesson, class, or workshop to receive a full refund minus a $10.00 administrative fee. Camp; withdrawal must be 2 weeks before the first day of camp to receive a full refund. The Art Stop LLC is not responsible for typographical errors.
